【A message from the owner】
Thank you for visiting our website among many others.
The materials (denim, tatami borders, Sanada-himo braids) used in our bags and other "small items" are all the same materials used in our [Kojima Obi].
All of these are textiles born in Kojima, Kurashiki City.
There were various challenges leading up to the development and commercialization of [Kojima Obi].
Just taking denim fabric as an example, there is an astonishing diversity in color, feel, and thickness.
Through trial and error, we arrived at the current fabrics and materials, and the obi was commercialized.
During that time, a large quantity of fabrics that had been tried in various ways but did not reach commercialization, and fabrics that inevitably remained as scraps during the obi production process, accumulated in our hands.
Considering all of these to be valuable materials, and to make the most of them,
we independently design and produce original small items at our company.
Therefore, while most of our products are limited in number,
we put our heart into creating them with the hope that they will add a little color to your daily life.
